We intend to publish all of our policies and procedures on our web pages here. This is so that the people who use our services, their families, professionals involved in their care and our staff members can look at the policies and procedures that we use to lead and govern our services, giving an honest, transparent approach that is open to criticism.  Any suggestions on how to improve them will always be welcome so please do not hesitate to let us know. It may take some time to add them all but this process will begin very shortly.
